DESCRIPTION:GOOD GRIEF Nature Walking Through Grief And Loss\nGood Grief: Nature Walking Through Grief and Loss is a 4-week series of safe\, gentle group walks within the natural beauty of Kinbrook Island Provincial Park. Observe\, breathe\, connect and be present in the moment. Our hope is these walks support you in your own healing journey. \nThese walks will be up to 1.5 hours on Wednesday evenings\, with time for rest and reflection\, conversation or solitude. Walks will be gentle wanders over relatively flat\, natural trails.
