Mail Donations

Please follow these steps:

  1. Mail cheques to: Bag 300 Brooks, AB. T1R 1B3
  2. Please include your name, return address or email for tax receipt.
  3. If you want to designate the funds to a specific category (Education, Palliative Care, Hospice Care Fund) or have the donation In Memory of someone, please add this in the memo portion of your checque.
  4. In Memory donations, please include an address or email address of family member for us to send notification of the donation in their loved ones name.

E-transfer Donations

E-transfer donations are a safe and easy way for you to support Prairie Rose Hospice Palliative Care Society. We receive 100% of the donation that you give and we can issue you a tax-deductible receipt for this amount.

Please follow these steps:

  1. From your online financial account, use the e-transfer tab/function.
  2. Address the e-transfer to: prhpcs@gmail.com.
  3. Enter in your desired amount.
  4. Please select “Notify recipient by email”.
  5. If you want to designate the funds to a specific category (Education, Palliative Care, Hospice Care Fund) or have the donation in memory of someone, please add this in the “Comments” section.
  6. In Memory donations, please include an address or email address of family member for us to send notification of the donation in their loved ones name.
  7. Also, let us know if we mail or email the tax receipt to you.

All donations will be acknowledged under the Hope for Hospice Care page – unless you specify otherwise.
